Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at kanishkfoodofficial@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Ground Floor, Plot No. 169, Pocket E, Sector-2, Bawana, North West
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Our Commitment
At Kanishk India, we take pride in delivering pure, traditionally cold-pressed mustard and soyabean oils to your doorstep. Because our products are food items intended for consumption, we follow a careful, hygiene-first approach to returns and refunds, in line with applicable food safety and consumer protection regulations in India.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Since our products are edible/consumable goods, we are unable to accept returns once a package has been opened or the product has been used, unless the product is defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect on arrival. You may request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, leaking, or spoiled at the time of delivery.

The product delivered is different from what was ordered (wrong item, size, or variant).

The product is delivered with a broken seal, tampered packaging, or missing quantity.

The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue traceable to Kanishk India.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with unboxing photos/video and the order number, sent to sales@kanishkfood.com or via WhatsApp/call at +91 87965 55994.
3. Non-Returnable Situations

Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed (except where the issue is a verified defect).

Change of mind after purchase, incorrect address provided by the customer, or delayed self-collection causing spoilage.

Minor variations in colour, aroma, or packaging batch that do not affect product quality — natural, cold-pressed oils may show slight natural variation.
4. How to Request a Return
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@kanishkfood.com or +91 87965 55994 with your order number.
2. Share clear photos/video of the product, packaging, and shipping label showing the issue.
3. Our team will review the claim within 2-3 business days and confirm eligibility.
4. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or ask you to safely dispose of a damaged/leaking item with photographic proof.
5. Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI; you will be asked to share your bank/UPI details securely.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item).
6. Replacements
For damaged, leaking, or incorrect items, we prefer to offer a free replacement of the same product wherever stock permits. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued instead.
7. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery or raise a return request per the eligibility criteria above (return shipping costs may apply).
8. Orders via Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, JioMart, Swiggy, BigBasket)
If you purchased a Kanishk product through a third-party marketplace or quick-commerce platform, that platform's own return and refund policy will apply. Please raise such requests directly through the respective platform's app or customer support.
