At Kanishk India, we work hard to get your pure, cold-pressed mustard and soyabean oils to you quickly and safely. Please read below for details on how we process, pack, and ship your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
- During sale periods or high-demand days, processing may take slightly longer. We'll notify you by email/SMS if there's a significant delay.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
- Delhi NCR: 1-3 business days
- Rest of North India: 3-5 business days
- Rest of India: 4-7 business days
- Remote / hard-to-reach areas: may take up to 9-10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to weather, regional restrictions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above Rs. 50 (as reflected in your cart at checkout).
- A nominal shipping fee applies to orders below the free-shipping threshold, calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional COD handling fee, shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details.
- You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website using the tracking ID provided, or by logging into your Kanishk India account.
5. Packaging
Since we ship liquid edible oil products, every order is securely sealed and cushioned to prevent leakage or breakage during transit. If you receive a package that appears damaged, please do not accept delivery, or note it with the courier and contact us immediately with photos.
6. Serviceable Locations
We currently ship across India to all pin codes serviceable by our courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable at checkout, we're sorry for the inconvenience — please contact us at sales@kanishkfood.com and we'll try to help via an alternate arrangement where possible. We do not currently offer international shipping.
7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the address provided, and that your address and phone number are accurate and complete.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the courier may attempt redelivery; repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
- If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us so we can track it down with our courier partner.
8. Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple products, they may be shipped together or in separate parcels depending on stock availability and warehouse location. You will be notified if your order is split into multiple shipments.
9. Orders via Marketplaces
If you purchased a Kanishk product through Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, JioMart, Swiggy, or BigBasket, shipping timelines, charges, and tracking are governed by that platform's own shipping policy, not this page.
